She went to the Equal Opportunity Office (twice) to report him and provide her story.However, the first investigation found that Stangl’s behavior was inappropriate but not severe enough to be considered sexual harassment, according to the EOO’s final report. And even after a second investigation resulted in a finding of sexual harassment, according to EOO documents, Stangl is still teaching at Western.
