A: “Back when I was 6 years old, I remembered waking up around 4 a.m. and just heard this moaning sound. I got really freaked out about it, so I went and slept with my parents that night. Later on that day, my mom got a call from a relative that her uncle in the Philippines had died from breathing difficulties or something like that. She was told how her uncle’s daughter was hearing what she thought was a dying cat [that same night]. She listened closer and realized it was a man who was moaning or wheezing. That’s exactly what I was hearing when I woke up that night. That was the ghost of my great uncle coming to visit me in my sleep.”

“I told everyone I knew.”

A: “When I was in seventh grade, I went to my uncle’s room, and I was sitting next to his bed doing homework. I was looking down, but right when I looked up, I saw a little girl sitting in front of me. She was wearing a white dress, and she had long black hair covering her face. When I saw that I couldn’t say anything.”

“My uncle was standing at the door. So I looked back to see if my uncle was there, and then I looked back to where the girl was sitting in front of me and she wasn’t there anymore. I ran out the room. I could not be there anymore.”

A: “Back at my old house when I was living in Federal Way, I did have a paranormal experience where me and my older sister would get scratched randomly. We would get these long red scratches on our backs [and] shoulders, just random places where you wouldn’t normally get scratched. We would also see black figures, usually a little girl and boy, downstairs between the bathroom and the hallway. It was really creepy because they would be dressed in really old fashioned, white gowns. You’d always see something in the corner of your eye, but then when you look back it’s not there.”

A: “When I was a junior in high school back in Texas, I always had this really weird feeling in my room that there was something there. The night that solidified my fears and suspicions, I was falling asleep and I had all the lights out. As I was falling asleep, I felt like something was watching me, and it was a really intense feeling. I kept trying to ignore it, but the feeling grew stronger. I turned over in my bed and even though it was pitch black, I could make out this dark figure lying down right next to me. I got super creeped out, and I sat up and went to my older sister’s room.”
