He was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court in April. Around 5:30 a.m. on Feb. 3, University Police was alerted to suspicious activity in Nash Hall. A student reported that a male had intruded her room and urinated on the floor, as well as on the bed and belongings of a roommate who was not present at the time. The reporting student said the male appeared incoherent, according to the University Police report. The male didn’t leave until after being told to exit multiple times, according to the report.
