A prowler was seen in the 1100 block of North Garden at 7 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, according to a Western Alert. The suspect was described in the alert as a white man wearing a black, zip-up hoodie. He was seen pressing a flashlight against the window of a residence. This incident was the third instance where a prowler was reported since Sunday, Feb. 12. Police searched the area but did not find the man. He was last seen walking south of North Garden towards campus, the alert said. The alert was sent Thursday, Feb. 16 at 7:55 a.m. Call 911 with any information.
