Ingredients:

  • Box of strawberries
  • 4 kiwis
  • 2 bottles of sparkling white wine
  • 1 cup of white rum
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2/3 cups of sugar
Steps: Step 1: Use half of the box of the strawberries and cut the top parts off. Afterwards, cut them in half. Step 2: After cutting the strawberries, mix them with a cup of water and 2/3 cup of sugar into a small cooking pot. Let the three ingredients boil and wait until the strawberries look like they are falling into pieces. Remember to stir occasionally. Boil for about 25 minutes. Step 3: After the strawberries are boiled and mixed with the sugar and water, wait for the mixture to cool down. With a mesh sieve, strain the strawberries into a bowl. Use a spoon and press the strawberries against the mesh sieve.

Step 4: Put the mixture in the refrigerator and wait for about 30-40 minutes. Step 5: While waiting for the mixture to cool, cut the rest of the strawberries and start peeling the kiwis. Cut the kiwis into slices.

Step 6: In a pitcher, put in the strawberries, kiwis, mixture, the oranges, rum and white wine. Stir all of the ingredients. After stirring, place the pitcher in the refrigerator and wait for it to cool down for about 3-4 hours for a better taste. Step 7: When the drink is ready, serve it in a cup of glass with a spoon of fruit. Don’t fill the cup all the way because you will need the other bottle of wine to add to the rest of the cup in order for the drink to be bubbly.
