Name: Mei Parent Year: Sophomore Major: History Q: What have you been watching on Netflix? A: “Leverage.” Q: Who introduced you to the show? A: “One of my sister’s friends came over and she just had her wisdom teeth out, so she was lying on the couch. Her friend came over and said ‘Hey, let’s watch this show that I know on Netflix.’ I got hooked because I was in the same room doing homework.” Q: What do you like about the show? A: “There’s such clever dialogue. All of the characters are complicated; none of them are like that token stupid character. They are all geniuses in their own way. The way they do human relationships is really interesting for me.” Q: Who is your favorite character? A: “Eliot Spencer.”

Storyline from IMDB:Former insurance claims investigator Nathan Ford heads a team of former top-criminals. They handle 'unorthodox' cases of people unlikely to get their dues through regular channels and legal procedures. That often involves stinging or otherwise scamming criminals. Nate's team is altered at times, and his professional as well as personal past repeatedly seems to catch up.” My Review: A team of people with different backgrounds and skill sets come together to take revenge on the rich who are screwing people over by being the criminals that they are. There’s a beauty in the cleverness and sassiness of this team and the way they go about getting what they want through an alternative revenue stream: revenge. It’s like a little crime movie with a surprising twist at the end in every episode coupled with some great and simple comedy. My Rating: 4.25 out of 5 Seasons Available: 5 Number of Episodes: 77 Average length per episode: 42 minutes Genre: Crime, Mystery, Thriller
