Video Trailer:  Making a Murder Summary: Filmed over a 10-year period, Making a Murderer is an unprecedented real-life thriller about Steven Avery, a DNA exoneree who, while in the midst of exposing corruption in local law enforcement, finds himself the prime suspect in a grisly new crime. Set in America's heartland, the series takes viewers inside a high-stakes criminal case where reputation is everything and things are never as they appear. - Written by Netflix One Viewer’s Reaction: What makes this series fascinating is it is a documentary of real events that are still on-going today. As a viewer you feel as if you are a juror carefully examining all the evidence presented by the defense and the prosecutor as the narrative of the documentary is woven in. I recommend watching this show with a buddy because you will need them to bounce your feelings, thoughts and keep you sane as you watch this show. The show’s content of someone being accused of a crime is fascinating. It gives you a look at the world of the justice system (good or bad). As a viewer you are presented with evidence, photos, documents, interrogation videos and the arguments of attorneys. Of course, it’s important to plant the seed that this is a show. It has biases and as a viewer you might feel you know the correct verdict of the accused. But you are not a real juror and you haven’t witnessed all the evidence. You only watched what the filmmakers put in. Score Out of Five Stars: ★★★★
